REFUND POLICY
If your circumstance change and you no longer wish to hire a skip from us, you can cancel your order and request a refund by calling our office during our opening hours on 01325 465533.
To qualify for a refund, you must cancel your skip order at least 24 hours before your confirmed delivery time. When the driver has left our premises with your skip a refund can no longer be provided.
If the required notice has been given, we can provide a full refund for the cost of the skip. However, if a permit has been added we cannot refund this cost as the council will not allow us to cancel the permit with them.
